Hi, I am beyond excited to have you as a guest in my chair. Please take a moment and review my policy and I kindly ask you to respect it. Please contact me immediately with any appointment concerns. If you fail to cancel: 72 hours before your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the services booked. 24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will be charged 75% of the services booked. Same day cancellations/ no call no shows will be charged 100% of the services booked. If you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be shortened as I do book back to back, anything more than 10 mins will be a reschedule. Thank you!
